AZDHS Behavioral Health Licensure Rulemaking
The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) plans on revising the Behavioral Health licensing rules.
The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) plans on revising the Behavioral Health licensing rules to reduce costs, streamline the regulatory process, and facilitate licensure of integrated health programs that provide both behavioral and physical health services. Before drafting the licensing rules, ADHS is soliciting input from stakeholders. We would like the stakeholder to describe issues with the current rules or propose changes that would address current issues by August 1st, 2011, through our stakeholder survey. Thank you for your participation.
