In partnership with AHCCCS, the CABHP is seeking input from individuals who provide direct service in Sober Living Homes in Arizona.
Individuals may be a staff person, peer, manager or CEO.
A “sober living home” is defined as “…any premises, place or building that provides alcohol-free or drug-free housing and that:
- Promotes independent living and life skills development.
- May provide activities that are directed primarily toward recovery from substance use disorders.
- Provides a supervised setting to a group of unrelated individuals who are recovering from substance use disorders.
- Does not provide any medical or clinical services or medication administration on-site, except for verification of abstinence.”
This survey aims to capture your perceptions of medication-assisted treatment (MAT), medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD), your organization's capacity to serve residents who receive MOUD and MAT, and perceived need for technical assistance related to sober living home management. Your responses are critical because they will inform future technical assistance and training for sober living home staff and managers.
