Writer, speaker, educator, philosopher, social justice advocate, and community-builder; Patti Digh is bringing all of her talents to this year’s Conference. Her keynote speech titled "Life is a Verb: Six Practices for Living and Working More Mindfully," takes a look at the importance of self-care for those within the Health Care industry.
Author of several award winning books including "Life is a Verb: 37 Days to Wake Up, Be Mindful, and Live Intentionally" and her latest "The Geography of Loss," Digh is a sought after keynote speaker whose long list of clients include such names as PBS, American Cancer Society, American Psychological Association and TEDx.
Digh is the former founding Vice President of International and Diversity Programs for the Society for Human Resource Management, with over 350,000 members worldwide. For the past two decades she’s operated her own business “Strong Offer, LLC,” an event-driven company designed to help people deepen their creative spirit, live and work more mindfully, and create inclusive communities that thrive.
The four-day conference is July 17-20 in Flagstaff, AZ at the High Country Conference Center.
