How do I view the educational sessions?

You'll need a stable internet connection, speaker and microphone to join the meetings. Webcam optional. Join from a web browser, a smartphone, or tablet.

Participate in a Live Zoom Webinar to earn CE Credits OR view recordings later at your own pace (no credits earned).

1) Ensure your computer is connected to the internet. 

2) Open your Summer Institute Login Information Email to find your password, then visit the Session Selection page to join in your browser. Contact us if you need help - 602-369-6680

3) Click the Session Sign-in Link. The Zoom Meeting "Rooms" open 30 minutes before sessions begin.

1) Connect your device to a wi-fi network

2) Download the ASU Special Events App for Apple or Android/Google

3) Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings App for Apple or Android/Google

1) Connect your device to a wi-fi network

2) Open ASU Special Events App, and select the 21st Annual Summer Institute Event

3) Log in using your email and password (found in confirmation emails)

4) Open the Agenda Module (front and center)

5) Tap the session you would like to join, and tap the sign-in link

6) Select your CE type, and enter your information to access the Zoom Meetings "Room" Link - remember, they only open 30 minutes before sessions begin.
